Rafael Garcia-Salgado is an experienced defense litigator at WSHB's Orange County office. His expertise spans several practice areas, including complex business disputes, professional liability, employment, product liability, construction defect, and transportation matters. Rafael is well-versed in trials, but his primary focus is on early case resolution to minimize clients' exposure. Rafael has significant trial experience but places a strong emphasis on early case resolution to minimize clients' liability.

Before joining WSHB, Rafael honed his legal skills at a few national firms. Additionally, he served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Margaret M. Mann, the former chief judge of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of California.
