Rafael Garcia-Salgado is an experienced defense litigator at WSHB's Orange County office. Before joining WSHB, Rafael honed his legal skills at a few national firms. Additionally, he served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Margaret M. Mann, the former chief judge of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of California.
