Overview
Raizza M. Cui is a senior associate at WSHB whose practice focuses on commercial litigation, professional liability and cybersecurity. Raizza's experience in handling cybersecurity and data privacy matters includes data breach class actions and tech E&O litigation, providing breach response for various cyberattacks and ransomware matters, and responding to state/federal enforcement investigations of data privacy statutes. She is also experienced in all aspects of civil litigation including conducting depositions and assisting at trial.
Raizza graduated from Rutgers Law School where she participated in the Honorable Morris Stern Bankruptcy Pro Bono Project, assisting attorneys in providing legal services to low income clients filing Chapter 7 bankruptcy petitions. She was also a judicial intern for the Honorable Rosemary Gambardella of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey. After graduation, Raizza clerked for the Honorable Keith A. Bachmann of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Bergen County.
She earned her undergraduate degree in Political Science from Rutgers University. Raizza is currently training for the 2021 New York City Marathon with Team ASPCA (American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals).
