Overview

Rheena Haya T. Lomingkit is a senior associate attorney at WSHB's Ontario, California office. She has extensive litigation experience in  construction, transportation, wrongful death, employment and medical malpractice, handling all phases of litigation from inception through trial and arbitration.

Rheena graduated from Albany Law School in New York, where she received the Diversity Merit Academic Scholarship. During her time in law school, she was an active moot court team member. She also contributed to her community by serving underserved populations through the school's clinic program, focusing on landlord-tenant and housing disputes. Additionally, she worked as a research assistant, helping draft sections of law that were later included in a treatise on children's rights in court.

Before attending law school, Rheena worked as a claims specialist for an insurance company, handling coverage issues related to auto loss and personal injury claims. After earning her Juris Doctor, she served as a law clerk for the Department of Justice in Orange County, managing various tort claims. Ms. Lomingkit has also worked at the Department of Justice, handling civil and criminal matters.

Rheena is a member of several professional organizations, including the Philippine American Bar Association, Filipino Lawyers of Orange County, Pinay Powerhouse, and the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association.

She is admitted to practice law in California and Wisconsin. Rheena is fluent in Tagalog and Visaya and has intermediate proficiency in French and Spanish.
