Overview
Robert K. Franklin, Jr. is a senior associate attorney in the Atlanta, Georgia, office of WSHB. His diverse practice focuses on commercial litigation, premises laibility, and insurance coverage.
Before joining WSHB, Robert gained extensive experience at a litigation firm, where he concentrated on commercial and business litigation, first- and third-party insurance, probate matters, and premises liability. He also has experience in bankruptcies and creditors' rights.
A native of Marietta, Georgia, Robert earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of South Carolina, John F. Rice School of Law. During law school, he completed a semester abroad in London in collaboration with The Honourable Society of Gray's Inn and received a professional research certificate from LexisNexis.
