Overview

Rudolph Pino Jr. counsels clients from the U.S. and internationally on contractual and regulatory issues. He also litigates and arbitrates product liability, aviation, space, and insurance coverage disputes globally.

Mr. Pino is widely recognized for his contributions to the legal profession, having authored numerous articles on litigation, aviation, product liability, general insurance coverage and telecommunication satellite insurance coverage. He is a sought-after speaker at international conferences and has prepared course materials for various organizations, solidifying his reputation as a thought leader in the field.

In addition to his impressive legal accomplishments, Mr. Pinos has held several prominent positions within the industry, including serving as the Chairman of the Insurers 702 Forum Committee, where he oversaw Boeing 702 insurance claims totaling $1.5 billion. He has also provided counsel to the Insurers' Claim Coordinating Committee for claims involving constructive total loss by operators of telecommunication satellites such as XM Rock & Roll, Galaxy 11, Pas 1R, Atlantic Bird 1, Superbird 6, and O3b.
