Overview

Sam Crockett is senior counsel in WSHB's Orange County office. His practice focuses on defending California's healthcare community. He routinely uses his extensive experience defending physicians, surgeons, physician assistants, surgical centers, rehabilitation centers, and public, private, and academic medical centers and hospitals. Mr. Crockett has successfully handled matters across an array of medical fields, including physician care, emergency medicine, obstetrics and gynecology, general surgery, orthopedic surgery, neurosurgery, cardiothoracic surgery, plastic surgery, anesthesiology, intensive critical care, radiology, oncology, urology, psychiatry, infectious diseases, ophthalmology, dermatology, rheumatology, endocrinology, gastroenterology, family medicine, pediatrics, hospital care, elder care, and others. He thoroughly enjoys learning about the diverse practice of medicine and using successful defense strategies unique to each legal matter.

Outside the office, Mr. Crockett is a lifelong ice hockey player and a devoted fan of the Anaheim Ducks. He also enjoys snowboarding, hiking, cooking, parenting, and holiday decorating. Mr. Crockett lives in Southern California with his wife and two daughters.
