Overview
Steven Paysinger is a senior associate with WSHB based in Denver. His practice focuses on complex torts and casualty, commercial and corporate law, and construction defect. Prior to joining the firm, Steven practiced as a plaintiff lawyer which gives him a unique perspective and insight into case resolution and litigation strategies. In this capacity, he received many accolades including being named a Top 40 Under 40 Attorney in Colorado for Personal Injury Law.
Steven is a graduate of Michigan State University College of Law, where he was a Dean’s List student, trustee scholarship recipient, and avid supporter of the school’s athletic programs. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Anthropology from Metropolitan State University of Denver. As an undergrad, he served as Treasurer of the Community Health and Social Justice Student organization. He also spent two summers on the Ute Mountain Ute Reservation in Southwest Colorado working and volunteering.
