Overview
Thomas Lehman is a partner in WSHB’s New York office, where he focuses his practice on complex New York Labor Law, construction defect, premises liability and appellate matters. Thomas possesses a wealth of experience in representing general contractors, property owners, developers, businesses, and insurance companies at all stages of litigation in both state and federal court. He has also litigated high-exposure matters extensively in the areas of commercial litigation, insurance subrogation, and general liability. His results-oriented practice targets the best possible outcome for his clients, whether via successful dispositive motion practice, risk transfer, or verdict at trial.
Thomas is a graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law where he obtained his Juris Doctorate in 2015. While in law school, he served as a staff member of the Seton Hall Legislative Journal and as a student attorney in the Center for Social Justice’s Equal Justice Clinic. He is licensed to practice law in New York, New Jersey, and the United States District Courts for the Southern District of New York, Eastern District of New York, and the District of New Jersey.
