Overview
Troy Parker is an associate attorney in the Tampa office of WSHB, where he focuses on general liability matters.
A native Floridian, Troy graduated from the Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law at Barry University. During law school, he served as the senior editor for the Child and Family Law Journal. After passing the Florida Bar, Troy worked at a private firm, practicing in various areas of law, before transitioning to the Public Defender's Office. His experience there helped him develop the trial skills necessary to advocate effectively for his clients, resulting in multiple not-guilty verdicts. The interpersonal skills he gained from in-person courtroom practice were crucial in elevating his legal practice to a higher level.
Outside of his legal work, Troy is actively involved in the community and previously served as the treasurer of the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys.
