As the construction industry continues to thrive, it simultaneously grapples with numerous obstacles that can significantly impact project timelines, budgets, and overall success. In this session, our panelists will delve into the key issues that create challenging claims and coverage dilemmas, including:
- Project delays
- Labor shortages
- Supply chain disruptions
- Increased costs
- Expanding project timelines
"Our goal is to provide attendees with practical strategies and insights to manage and resolve uncovered claims that arise from factors beyond their control," said Fama. "By addressing these critical issues, we aim to equip construction professionals with the knowledge they need to navigate these complex situations effectively."
