The conference will be held at the Waterfront Beach Resort in Huntington Beach, CA. from September 18-20, 2024.
Abatemarco will lend her expertise to a critical session addressing the impact of New York's infamous Labor Law on the construction industry. The session, entitled, "Cracking the Case: Exposing Fraud in New York Construction Site Accidents" will take place September 19, 2024 from 4:00-5:00 p.m. and will provide essential insights and strategies for stakeholders.

Widely regarded as a thought leader in the legal industry, Tracy lectures throughout the country and recently spoke at the 2023 CLM Construction Conference in Austin, Texas on "Breaking Down New York Labor Law: Strategies for Successful Resolution." She also lectures and teaches courses for CLM's Claims College on such topics as trial techniques and strategies. She additionally teaches CLE courses on taking and defending depositions involving NY Labor Law and Premises Liability.
