Partner Anoush Holaday will represent WSHB on a high-powered panel at the upcoming 2022 CLM Construction Conference in San Diego discussing the unique experiences of successful women in this male-dominated industry. This highly-anticipated session of the annual CLM Construction Conference will explore the history of women in the construction industry and the strides they have made over the past decades. Specifically, the panel will discuss how women in the industry can carve out their own career growth and foster opportunities to excel and promote equality for fellow women in any sector of the construction industry, from claims and risk to litigation. The discussion will include discussions of progress in efforts towards equality in the construction industry and remaining challenges to overcome. Holaday will be sharing key insight into the unique skill set it has taken her to develop her successful construction practice.
